Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in its original condition

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Not be damaged by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items marked as non-returnable for hygiene reasons

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer support team.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us if you need an exchange.
